About the firm
Direct counsel, built around how clients actually need protection
Bin-Saleem Law Firm was founded by two Kuwaiti nationals, both practicing lawyers, who saw the same gap repeatedly: high-net-worth individuals, families, and companies in Kuwait treating specialized legal counsel — on wealth, investment, and capital markets matters — as an afterthought rather than a standing relationship.
We built this firm around a simpler idea — clients are better served by continuous protection than by one-off representation. That means standing counsel for private clients on wealth and asset matters, standing retainers for companies, and dedicated support for capital markets, fund formation, and investor residency work, alongside the transactions every client eventually needs. The founders lead the work directly, from the first consultation to the final filing. Work with us in English or Arabic.
Our mission
Bin-Saleem Law Firm exists to give high-net-worth individuals, investors, and companies in Kuwait direct, founder-led access to licensed Kuwaiti legal counsel, organized around continuous protection rather than one-off representation, and handled with the diligence, discretion, and accountability expected of any properly engaged law firm.
What we do
We organize our practice around six areas: private client and wealth, corporate and commercial, capital markets and Boursa Kuwait listings, investment funds and ETFs, foreign investment and market entry, and investor residency and relocation.
